Trust

AI assists. People decide. Actions keep a record.

Club Bowls automates the busywork and protects the decisions. Official rules, your constitution and Conditions of Play stay the source of truth.

How we keep things safe

AI assists. People decide. Every important action keeps a record.

Sensitive matters are seen by fewer people, kept on a stronger record and need a person’s approval. The product never replaces your rules or judgement.

AI assists, people decide

Selections, sanctions, complaint outcomes and who-can-play calls stay with approved people. By design, AI can't make them.

Approval before anything ships

Draft, check, approve, publish and correct stay separate steps, so nothing reaches a member by accident.

Sensitive matters stay sealed

Complaints and conduct are seen by fewer people, with conflict checks and a stronger record than the everyday view.

A record you can follow

Every important action leaves a record an ordinary club member can actually read.

What AI can't do

What AI will never do in your club.

These decisions are blocked from AI in how the product is built, not left to a policy note. They stay with approved people.

Select sides or decide who-can-play disputes

Decide complaint or conduct outcomes

Issue sanctions, suspensions or member rejections

Decide who steps aside, or grant access

Send or publish anything on its own

Questions

The things committees ask first.

Does AI make decisions about members?

No. AI drafts, checks figures and flags issues. Selections, sanctions, complaint outcomes and contested who-can-play calls are kept away from AI and stay with approved people.

Is it only for big clubs?

No. Club Bowls is priced per club, not per member, so small committees can adopt it without turning every volunteer into a cost.

Will it replace our constitution or Conditions of Play?

Never. Your constitution, your by-laws and your club's Conditions of Play stay the source of truth. The product points to them, it doesn't replace them.

How do you handle sensitive matters?

Complaints and conduct are seen by fewer people. Conflict checks apply, allegations stay apart from findings and the record is stronger than the everyday view.
